Things To Remember

A lot of people have been reaching out to me lately. I’m so grateful to be a safe place for so many. I just want you all to remember I’m not a doctor or a psychiatrist. I love you all and if you’re in crisis please don’t be afraid to seek medical help. If you don’t want to go alone and you live close by I’ll go with you and hold your hand. It’s ok to not be ok. And for those of you who look at me and think I have it all together I don’t. I don’t post all the bad times. Know we are all battling together. You’re never alone in this. I love you all and if you need a friend I’m always here.

If you’re in crisis call 1-800-273-8255 The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
